I Stand With The Free People Of Canada In Their Struggle Against Tyranny

Canada is generally known for many things and truth be told, they’re all pretty nice. Canadian’s as a people are polite and are very generous by nature. I know this because I have spent time there on several occasions and every time I was there, the people I met were warm and very polite and made me feel very welcome in their country.

My younger sister lives in Canada, she married a Canadian man and they had children together and have made a wonderful life there. So, you could say that ‘I have a dog in the fight’ on this issue where Canada is concerned. Also, I live just a few short hours away from the Canadian border in southwestern Washington State, so I’m really not all that far away from them.

What most American’s don’t know, is that usually, what ever issues that are affecting us here in America, are also affecting the citizens of Canada. If our interest rates are high, so are theirs, if we are experiencing inflation, so are they. You could say, that even though we are two separate countries, we are also joined at the hip and thus we depend on each other quite a bit.

That is why when I see Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau acting like a jackass, I feel that I must say something about it. Normally, I wouldn’t dare to think my opinion would matter on this issue, I mean, it’s a Canadian problem right?

But I really have a problem when I see a politician (ANY politician), abusing his people, I cannot let that go! And that is exactly what Trudeau and his buddies are doing and proof of that is, that the Canadian people have risen-up and are tired of his tyrannical COVID mandates and they just want to get their freedom back so that they can just peaceably go back to their normal lives.

I think it’s quite interesting that we here in America are getting a lesson in civil disobedience and ‘freedom’ from the citizens of a country that normally abide by it’s laws. But, ‘freedom’ and the desire of it,  isn’t necessarily an exclusive American trait. And THAT is exactly what the hard working trucker’s of Canada are not only showing us, but the entire world, that freedom is a God given right and when you take it away, hard working, law abiding citizens aren’t going to stand for it!

Also, just like here in the United States, the Canadian mainstream media is in the back pocket of the liberal politicians and all they have done is regurgitate the government’s lies and talking points regarding the Freedom Convoy and all of those that support it. I don’t believe for a single minute that these hard working people are racist, Islamophobic, homophobic, transphobic, or any other ‘phobic’ that you can mention. They are patriotic, freedom-loving folks who just want their lives back…and that’s it!

My message to the Canadian people is, keep it up, you are winning and everybody knows it. Keep fighting, because if you give up now, Trudeau and his goons will have won. No matter what they throw at you, take it and just keep doing just what you are doing.

You are showing the entire world what determination is and that you won’t be treated badly. Dig in and don’t give a damn inch!! No matter where you stand on the issue of vaccination, it should be a choice that everyone should be able to make for themselves.
