Democrats Plan to Sue Winning Republicans in 2022 to Thwart Democracy, Brand Every Winner an ‘Insurrectionist’

A top Democrat lawyer let the party’s election cat out of the bag and said that they intend to sue every Republican who wins a seat after the 2022 elections in a desperate attempt to upend democracy and hold onto power.

Top Democrat operative Marc Elias recently spilled the beans on Twitter saying that he was “predicting” an avalanche of lawsuits.

“My prediction for 2022: Before the midterm election, we will have a serious discussion about whether individual Republican House Members are disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment from serving in Congress. We may even see litigation,” he wrote.

Eias cited Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which was enacted to prevent former Confederate officers and officials from running for office after the war ended.

“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress… who…. shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against [the United States],” the relevant section reads. Clearly the Democrats intend to claim that every Republican is an insurrectionist if they support Trump.

And by “predicting,” he means that is exactly what they are going to do because he’ll be one of the anti-American, left-wing operatives who’ll be doing it. Elias is a liar as far as the “predicting” claim goes. He knows full well that is the plan.

Elias is a top Clintonista and was once in the corrupt law firm Perkins Coie.

Most recently, Elias was one of the principal lawfare cretins working against Trump in the 2022 elcetions.
