POLL: 44% of Democrats and Independents Don’t Want Biden to Run for President in 2024

A new poll finds that a large number of Democrats and independents who lean toward the Democrat Party don’t want Joe Biden to run for president again in 2024.

Granted this is poll is a long time away from the 2024 election. But this is still very bad news for Biden. He is a president who isn’t even done with his first year in office and his own party and independent allies are abandoning him.

The news comes from a new national poll by NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist.

Per Just The News:

The poll showed 44% of Americans approve of the job Biden is doing as president and 49% disapprove. The numbers compare to 45% approve/46% disapprove in the group’s October poll.

In the new poll, 36% of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents said their party will have a better chance of winning the White House with Biden at the top of the ticket and 20% were unsure.

When those surveyed were asked the same question about former President Trump, 50% of Republicans and GOP-leaning independents said a Trump ticket has the best chance of recapturing the presidency, while 35% want someone else and 14% say they are unsure.

This is astonishing. Many

The survey was taken of 1,209 American adults between Oct. 18 and 22.
