Biden Admin Suspends Unpopular Vaccine Mandate after Court Rejects Biden Rule
Biden’s own OSHA agency has agreed to suspend the unconstitutional vaccine mandate after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals refused to allow the rule forcing most of the country to take the COVID vaccine.
The 5th Circuit refused to give Biden the go ahead to put the mandate on place while court cases testing its validity wind through the courts. Biden had hoped to keep the mandate in place, but to no avail.
Naturally, the leftist media blamed it on the GOP:

The 5t Circuit Court ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” the ETS “until further court order.” OSHA insists, of course, that Biden’s obscene rule will pass legal hurdles, but has suspended its enforcement of the rule for now, regardless.

Still, one would think Biden’s mandate is a longshot. How the Democrats think that the U.S. Constitution gives a president the power to force a medical procedure on everyone is hard to fathom.
In a sane world, this naked grab for power should be utterly defeated in the courts. But in an actual sane world, no president would even have had the gall to try it in the first place.
